::grand canyon, baby::
This past weekend we made the 7-hour drive to the Grand Canyon. I was duly impressed and lucky enough to be on the Kaibab Trail for sunset. Absolutely gorgeous. We drove through Flagstaff and I wish we’d had more time to hang out in that town. It was also beautiful. I’m happy to share some of this beauty with you.
i love flagstaff! and the grand canyon too. it almost makes me miss arizona…but not enough to want to live there again.
Lovely! You know it’s kinda corny but it’s when I go to places like the Grand Canyon that I have to marvel at just how large and varied our country is….it’s strange to think that a landscape like that is in the same country as the lush greeness and water I see around me in Seattle!
